Creative Climate Cooking: Make Your Own Sustainable Pizza

Come along for a fun, hands-on afternoon exploring sustainable and delicious ways to make pizza. In this drop-in session, you’ll discover how to create simple, affordable pizza bases using different flours and techniques that are kinder to the planet. You’ll also learn how to get creative with toppings, using seasonal vegetables and leftovers to reduce food waste while still making mouth-watering meals.

Our team will be on hand to guide you, share tips from our Uppertunity cookbook and wellbeing book, and inspire you with fresh salad ideas straight from our garden. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a complete beginner, this session is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and fun.

You’ll leave with practical skills, recipe ideas, and a full belly! After making your pizza, take some time to relax and enjoy nature in our beautiful garden and trail. Food is about connection, creativity, and care for ourselves and our world, and this session brings all of these together in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Feel free to drop in anytime during 1pm and 3pm.

Spaces must be booked though to allow us to prep enough food beforehand, and prevent waste.
